I have no idea why, but I somehow never got into cosplay. You know, dressing up to the tee as your favorite superhero (but really superheroine) then meeting up with other nutjobs who do the same thing. THEN you act out role-play fights and the other shit they do in the cartoons and comics. There’s even a “crossplay” for those crossdressing as superheroes. Either way, it actually sounds good for shits and giggles.
Why, I’d happen to be the perfect candidate too. I spent at least eight hours a day during my whole youth watching nothing but cartoons. Those powerful, sexy men figures chasing evil villains in black around, sometimes getting captured or kidnapped. Then getting tightly bound in their skin-tight spandexy costumes and tights struggling to break free, unfortunately doing so. Essentially, they’re the precursor to bondage pornos yet just innocent enough to put on the tube for kids.
I’ll even go as far as to blame those cartoons for me tinkering around with a pantyhose fetish by first stealing my sister’s ballet dance tights, throwing some red knee-high socks (also hers) over them pretending they were boots and finally “cosplaying” like I was Wonder Woman. Of course, I’d also pretend that I was being kidnapped by tying up my legs with shoelaces, an ode to a later bondage fetish.
So today, I happen to stumble upon a few random images of a cute Wonder Woman clad in the red, blue and gold bustier-leotard thingy and shiny tights. It’s something about the combination of those thick Danskin tights, with a brilliant streak of light gleaming off of them, along with something tight and costumy/leotardy that spells instant hard-on thinking about those memories of my sister’s tights. Minus the sister of course.
Oh my, how I love reminiscing about the 80’s in one of those frequent moments I’m caught daydreaming through random crap that flies through my head. Usually it’s the music that brings me back to the days of my childhood. Once in a while, however, surfin’ the net sometimes does it just as well.
That’s when I usually come across images, not created from digital cameras, but scanned from photos or magazines and and portraying beautiful women wearing shiny tights. You know they are from the 80’s either from the graininess of the image or the poofy hairstyles you see. It is then the memories of my developing pantyhose fetish reignite causing me to look on and on for more like the 80’s legs junkie that I am.
And then, there they were, the GLOW Girls. For those out of the loop, GLOW was sort of a spin-off of WWF wresting but for women, created sometime in the mid-eighties I believe. I remember catching them on cable TV a few times absolutely falling in love after watching them (sort of) pounding the shit out of each other while clad in their sexy costumes consisting more or less of leotards (or sometimes lingerie!) and tights.
I don’t know about you but there are days where the stubble on my legs is a little too long and I need something to hide it. Or maybe it is a bit too cold and I want something warmer for my legs. Usually, though, I like to once in a while look at my legs shine as if they were covered in gold plating.
In my perspective, I equate pantyhose, seen on classy women, as the ultimate garment in making me feel feminine and sexy. Tights, on the other hand, are quite thicker (higher denier), very shiny and are mostly associated with dancers, costumes and as a part of exercise apparel. In other words, they are also sexy and feminine but in a dress-up-in-a-costume sort of way.
It just so happens that, often, I love throwing on that leotard or skimpy police woman set for a little role play. And there is nothing better than to have bright shiny legs being the star of (your own) show. Luckily, I’ve tried out many of the “favorite” brands out there and have come to my own conclusions on what will make your legs look the hottest.
Note that, while Wolford Neon 40 could easily make the list here, it was left out since that was an obvious favorite. That said, here we go in worst to first order…
